Refund Policy

Every portrait I paint is made by hand, just for you and your pet. Because each piece is entirely custom, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Custom Portraits — No Refunds After Work Begins Once I begin painting your portrait (typically within 1–2 days of receiving your photo), I am unable to offer a refund. This is because every portrait is created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it at paintedbyenzo@protonmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Not Happy With The Result? Your satisfaction matters to me deeply. If you feel the portrait doesn't capture your pet well, I offer one free revision — just send me your feedback within 7 days of receiving your portrait and I will make it right.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your physical print has not arrived within 21 days of your shipping confirmation, contact me and I will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email it to paintedbyenzo@protonmail.com within 7 days. I will send a replacement at no cost.

Digital Downloads Digital files are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded.
